Last checked 2026-10-17. Refreshed every three months.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Tuscaloosa’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 17, 2026. Whataburger’s own pages show two Tuscaloosa restaurants, at different addresses from our map data, and we list those. We left out Milo’s, Quick Grill, Walk-On’s, Freddy’s, Checkers and Dairy Queen, whose sites did not load a Tuscaloosa page or hours for us, and Avenue Pub, whose online menu did not show burgers when we checked. The national drive-thru chains, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Sonic and Hardee’s, each have stores in Tuscaloosa; use McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Sonic and Hardee’s store finders for those. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
