Tuscaloosa City Schools fields three varsity football teams: Central, Northridge and Paul W. Bryant. All three play in the same region in 2026, so the city’s schools meet each other in games that count toward the playoffs. The last of those city matchups is Central at Northridge, 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23.
